Choosing the Perfect Candidate

Home Care Services takes care of this step. You don't have to do anything for this part.
We'll review our database of professional caregivers and compare it to the information we obtained during the initial interview. We'll narrow it down to the top candidates that match your profile and interview the ones who would be the best fit for your loved one's needs.

 Interview Process

Once we finalize the caregivers to be interviewed, we will notify you directly and set up an interview between you and the potential caregivers. You will have the opportunity to ask them questions about their experience, background, and previous work assignments. This is the best time to gauge your level of comfort with the caregiver and see which caregiver offers you the best support. Both you and the caregiver must be comfortable with one another for the arrangement to be a success.

Placement

Once you’ve selected a caregiver, we’ll set up the placement day and time on behalf of both parties. We will coordinate with family members, your doctor, discharge planner, social worker, or medical professional to ensure the transition is smooth.
To begin the process of finding the right caregiver for your loved one, please contact us directly. We look forward to meeting you.

Pricing or Rates

Home Care Services finds and places live-in caregivers only (no hourly shifts), thus our charges are based on a daily rate. The daily rate may vary based on the clients' individual circumstances - normally $230 -270 per day (subject to evaluation). There is also a one-time finder's fee (placement fee) of $900, payable on the day the service begins. Please, keep in mind the daily rate mentioned above is for one client (patient) and might be higher for couples/multiple recipients.
